• folyamatos kapcsolattartás jelentkezőkkel és résztvevőkkel (személyesen, telefonon, online)
• oktatók adminisztratív és technikai támogatása
• aktív közreműködés a képzések minőségkövetésében és fejlesztésében

• szakmai és képesítő vizsgák szervezése, koordinálása
• a szükséges technikai és logisztikai feltételek biztosítása, valamint a vizsgák lebonyolításában való közreműködés
• vizsgadokumentumok előkészítése, feltöltése a megadott felületekre

• tanulmányi szerződésekkel kapcsolatos ügyintézés
• konferenciákra, továbbképzésekre történő jelentkezések adminisztrációja, nyilvántartása
• rezidens szakképzőhelyi nyilvántartások és kapcsolódó adminisztráció elvégzése
• kompetenciától függő egyéb munkaügyi adatszolgáltatások, nyilvántartások teljesítése
