• Manage the full lifecycle of invoices - from review and validation to payment
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, cost allocations, and records
• Perform account reconciliations, including vendor and ledger balances
• Support payment processes, cash allocation, and financial tracking

• Responsible for Market & Competitor Intelligence as well as management reporting
• Support Sales activities for new Business Development as well as serial sales activities to ensure relief for the Eschen workforce
• Responsible for process to monitor market, customers, and competitors

• Participate in SAP project delivery following standard project frameworks
• Support projects across the full lifecycle (design, testing, UAT, go-live, hypercare)
• Work closely with business stakeholders and internal teams
• Manage changes and support requests within agreed timelines (SLA)
