• Developing the medical strategy our partner in Hungary
• Medical support and/or execution of local product strategies
• Scientific differentiation of the portfolio products versus competitors
• Providing consultation on indication- and product-related professional matters

• Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filing
• Prepare half-yearly and annual tax effect accounting entries for group reporting
• Prepare tax disclosures for local statutory financial statements
• Support continuous improvement of tax compliance processes and controls

• Assisting in the preparation of the annual audit plan and programs,
• Conducting audit operations on time in accordance with international regulations, best practices and internal procedures of the company regarding high quality standards,
• Carrying out follow-up activities,

• Oversee risk management processes and internal controls across all EMEA entities, ensuring compliance and early identification of financial and operational risks.
• Ensure statutory accounts, tax filings, and company secretarial obligations are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
