• Maintain and troubleshoot SmartCare / CEM platforms
• Support and optimize big-data environments (Hadoop, SybaseIQ)
• Perform scripting and automation tasks (JavaScript, Python, Shell)
• Build BI reports and dashboards (Tableau or similar BI tools)
• Design and implement technical delivery solutions

• Design and develop modern, high-quality user interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models, then translate them into production-ready front-end code.
• Help build and evolve scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.

• Serve as the key finance contact for a dedicated business area within the Downstream segment
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
• Support business planning and forecasting activities

• Monitor system alarms, create and close work orders, and prepare routine monitoring reports.
• Maintain platform stability by checking hardware/software status and performing regular health checks.
