• Responsible for room deliveries and errands for guests
• Provides hotel information to guests

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Comply at all times with Hyatt standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
• Fulfil all Front Office functions in all shifts
