• Gain a complete overview of member companies’ procurement processes, teams, and categories (food & beverage, consumables, equipment, services).
• Support country procurement teams (who report to their Country Managers) by providing guidance, tools, and best practices.

• Collecting and analyze the category market information about the price and resources.
• Making the action plan to decrease the TCO cost.
• Aligning the resource requirement from internal, make the resource assurance.

Build and maintain strong market / supplier knowledge and insight on all subcategories of spend that sit within the category, becoming a source of expert knowledge. From this develop regional and global category sourcing strategies and plans aligned to the needs of the business....

• Leading, supporting, and developing the procurement team (currently 2 direct reports)
• Overseeing and executing the company's direct and indirect procurement activities, including operational administration

• 4–6+ years of overall with 3+ years of experience in a similar position. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead tenders and manage complex supplier negotiations 
• Experience in aviation fuel operations, purchase, or sales is an advantage.
