• Manage and track customer orders in the ERP system
• Coordinate technical and financial aspects of orders with internal teams
• Support production planning and delivery coordination
• Assist in project administration and documentation
• Handle contracts, invoicing and reporting tasks

• You ensure high customer satisfaction through effective and efficient processing of orders to meet Customer SLA requirements
• You examine customer orders to ensure the validity of product specifications (including configuration), quantities ordered, and any special pricing agreements or requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full order-to-invoice cycle
• Register and manage orders in internal systems (SAP, Salesforce)
