• Perform all necessary review, analysis  and postings required in line with month end requirements and in line with accounting standards.
• Acquire & maintain complete understanding of the Eaton financial analysis tools including Oracle / SAP etc

• Lead accurate month-end close processes in line with group timelines and accounting policies.
• Manage US GAAP quarter-end and year-end reporting requirements.
• Prepare strong, audit-ready balance sheet reconciliations and own open items.
