• Tests and integrates BSS (Business Support Systems) systems into the operator’s existing IT environment.
• Ensures different modules (billing, CRM, customer management, etc.) work together smoothly.
• Identifies issues, analyzes system logic, and helps resolve technical problems.

• Work with FL to manage end-to-end deployment activities of wireline or wireless (or other technical products);
• Transverse coordinate the supporting teams to achieve customer requirements;
• Work with subcontractors, track the daily planning, and have weekly planning meetings.

• Design, plan, and deliver the campus network projects, commissioning the Huawei network devices and controller
• Participate in technical workshops, collect customer requirements, analyze difficulties and risks in project solution

• Deliver software products for telecom carriers in virtualization, containerization, horizontalization, and public cloud scenarios.
• Act as the technical implementation engineer (TE) and be responsible for technical implementation and technical problem handling in the delivery projects.

• Processing orders, CMS & AI, in SAP
• Processing complex orders
• Processing orders for key accounts
• Managing order related issues to enable delivery to customers on time in full
• Handling special queries, urgencies with continuous professional communication with our existing customers and stakeholders

• Strategic Account Management: Organizing and implementing professional sales activities for our existing client base to ensure long-term partnership and growth.
• New Business Acquisition: Identifying, prospecting, and conquering new markets (both domestic and international).
