• Analysing large office property portfolios to assess performance, occupancy, lease structures, and risk exposure, and delivering strategic, data-driven recommendations
• Preparing financial models and business cases (cash flows and option comparisons) to support real estate decisions.

• Assisting Kuwaiti citizens living in or visiting Hungary in matters such as passports, travel documents, notarial services, and legal or administrative guidance.
• Supporting citizens in emergency situations (e.g. arrests, hospitalizations, accidents, deaths) with professionalism and discretion.

• Coordinate administrative topics (office, suppliers, basic reporting)
• Interface with local partners (accounting, legal, social & tax offices)
• Support onboarding and internal coordination when the team grows
