• Leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills in frequent interaction with other areas of the firm, in particular, senior stakeholders and regulators
• Strongly communicate verbally and in writing including escalate timely any blockers/setbacks

• Oversight of WpHG Compliance controls, incl. the Compliance control plan
• Compliance advisory on WpHG matters for the entities German and European operations
• The Compliance functions input for regular and ad-hoc WpHG audits
• Regulatory Change Management for WpHG related requirements

In your new role, you introduce, develop and implement the global insurance program and strategy for the Coatings division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and optimization of insurance structures....

• Providing legal and strategic advice on commercial and corporate matters, including policy matters for complex projects and transactions.
• Drafting, negotiation and providing advice on a broad spectrum of commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners.
