• Support the MSESE and MSBAG Chief Compliance Officer in the following:
• Coordination of the annual Securities Trading Act Audit (WpHG) of MSESE & MSBAG
• Liaison with the Infrastructure functions to provide advice on compliance and regulatory matters

Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks related to existing and planned business activities, including new products, new business lines and cross-border operations....

• Providing legal and strategic advice on commercial and corporate matters, including policy matters for complex projects and transactions.
• Drafting, negotiation and providing advice on a broad spectrum of commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners.
