• Support the MSESE and MSBAG Chief Compliance Officer in the following:
• Coordination of the annual Securities Trading Act Audit (WpHG) of MSESE & MSBAG
• Liaison with the Infrastructure functions to provide advice on compliance and regulatory matters

• Update and develop the group-wide financial crime risk analysis and provide input for the Firm's Global Risk Assessment;
• Support the derivation of control and oversight activities based on the outcome of the risk analysis and conduct of Financial Crimes related control and monitoring activities;

Advising on a variety of risk management and cross-border legal issues, in particular in relation to our complex hedging and financing structures, market structure reform in both cash and derivatives products and new product development...

Advising on N26 product launches comprehensively from an unfair competition, copyright, trademark, consumer/eCommerce law and data privacy law perspective:...

• Providing legal and strategic advice on commercial and corporate matters, including policy matters for complex projects and transactions.
• Drafting, negotiation and providing advice on a broad spectrum of commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Advising on the current regulatory regime in EMEA, including both product-specific and platform wide European regulations such as MiFID, CRD, ESG rules, EMIR, PRIIPS, AIFMD and PSD2, and relevant national regimes such as the FCA Handbook in the UK or BaFin rules in Germany....

• Playing a key role in the support of corporate transactions including acquisitions, divestments, restructuring and strategic transactions
• Serving as a proactive advisor on a range of legal matters across the EMEA region and supporting colleagues worldwide as part of the global legal team
