• Active participation in the preparatory and execution phase of primary market security transactions of clients of OTP Bank as well as by members of OTP Group.
• Client-acquisition with special attention to the below
• identifying and analyzing the possible leads;
• preparing tailored marketing materials;

• Drive and oversee group-level risk governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Interpret and implement regulatory guidelines from MNB, EBA, and ECB into actionable governance frameworks.

Manage the end-to-end governance of Risk Control Committee: organise its calendar, coordinate agenda-setting, pre-reads, and submission timelines with risk owners and functional teams; ensure materials meet governance standards and are delivered on time; draft, edit, and finalize meeting minutes,...

• Support the creation of a clear communication path with the client and contribute to maintaining a high standard of collaboration.
• Keep regular daily contact with the client to provide updates on project progress and results.

• Define and implement the Prime Segment strategy aligned with overall Retail Banking objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and design value propositions for affluent clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

• Complete comprehensive investigation using various tools and be accountable for all information researched and contained in each case file.
• Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation.
