• Coverage of full lifecycle of German voluntary and mandatory corporate actions including
• event research of local market sources and translation into English language for onward information provision to clients
• deadlines processing at corresponding German agent banks / in agent system

• Acquiring new investor clients for MSIM across the full spectrum of asset classes including equities, fixed income, and private markets
• Relationship management for the existing investor clients
• Preparing and attending client meetings/ calls/ events including follow-up

• Leverage operational background and experience to contribute to a growing business
• Work closely with PWM Management team, advising on operational policies and procedures to best navigate upcoming needs
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
