• Lead daily production activities across seating production processes
• Ensure achievement of production targets (SQCDP)
• Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap, downtime, and productivity
• Support line balancing, capacity planning, and ramp-up activities

• Develop, review and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Define quality assurance guidelines, objectives and manage internal audits.
• Monitor production quality performance and initiate immediate actions when KPIs show deviation.

• Act as a key link between Sales, Customers, and Product Management, playing a central role in our business success
• Provide technical support for our customers and carry out analyses and solution development
• Optimization and market launch of new solutions

• Perform regular inspections of products, processes, and the production environment
• Maintain the plant’s quality management system and participate in internal and external audits
• Lead and supervise a team of 3 quality inspectors
• Perform and document quality measurements during production

• Coordinate the successful implementation of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) process and systems
• Participate and provide input into the selection of IT EDI Solutions, Procedures and Guidelines
• Coordinate mediation and connectivity for external business partners via the EDI solution

• Plan, implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
• Plan and implement assembly lines and related equipment as tooling, spare parts and back‑up tools.

• Plan, order, control, and coordinate production related materials to guarantee a 100%-uninterruptable supply with required materials to the assembly process.
• Plan and order material via SAP including MRP.
• Negotiate and follow up with suppliers on lead-time of delivery and freight to control inventory.
