Solution Development: Design and develop customised solutions within Salesforce to meet project objectives and business goals, ensuring robust functionality and seamless user experiences....

• Develop novel ALD coating processes for optics and photonics applications
• Initiate and contribute to the design and specification of new coating equipment
• Demonstrate ALD machine capabilities through targeted demo coatings for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

• Lead a team of product cost, product pricing and program managers and be accountable for attraction, retention, training, and development of direct reports
• Own global Jenbacher equipment pricing process & systems

• End-to-end responsibility for sales and demand forecasts across all channels and markets.
• Definition, continuous improvement, and enforcement of forecast logic and methodology as a single source of truth.
• Acting as the final decision-making authority for all forecast-related questions and adjustments.

Lead Product Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, through development sustaining and phase-out phases....

• Standards & Process Excellence:
• Develop, harmonize, and implement KWS-wide guidelines and standards for production controlling, and continuously improve controlling processes in close collaboration with relevant business function
• Product Costing & Planning:

Lead end-to-end retail marketing campaigns and activations for Consumer Products in DACH, in cooperation with the commercial team to support sales and revenue goals....

• Support the Program Manager with preparation of meetings, reporting, timeline tracking, and risk management
• Coordinate activities, deliverables, and timelines across multiple vendors, integrators, and internal stakeholders

• Supporting activities along the entire OSH value chain, from the collection and analysis of safety-related data to the preparation of preventive measures, follow-ups, and reporting
• Assisting in the maintenance, analysis, and further development of OSH documentation, standards, and guidelines
