• 10+ years of overall working experience, with 6+ years in internal audit, risk management, or a related assurance field.
• Proven experience in a multinational company or complex organizational environment.
• Prior experience leading audit teams or managing a function is strongly preferred.

• Develop and enhance SAP solutions (reports, interfaces, forms, conversions, user exits)
• Work with integrations using BAPI, IDOC, RFC, LSMW, BDC
• Build modern SAP capabilities with CDS views, AMDP, and OData services
• Debug, optimize, and ensure high performance on SAP HANA

• Respond to all incoming calls and handle guest requests, issues and complaints to provide quality service and ensure guest satisfaction
• In charge of the departmental Knowcross system and make sure it is updated and used correctly

• Actively developing B2B sales and acquiring new clients on the Hungarian market,
• Managing the entire sales process – from customer needs analysis and offer preparation to negotiations and closing deals,
• Coordinating technical and commercial projects for industrial clients,

• Execute SAP Basis administration tasks in line with project requirements, timelines, and expectations
• Partner with business process owners and SAP functional teams to configure ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA systems according to project needs

• Support the delivery of SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes within project assignments, ensuring consistency and alignment with project frameworks
• Participate in full project lifecycle activities, including design, testing (IT & UAT), deployment, cutover, and hypercare support

• Ensure accurate and efficient running of reception including check in/out procedures
• Handle daily front desk operations and administrative tasks
• Answer phone calls and emails, and respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Process and update reservations in the hotel management system
