• Lead the end-to-end management of Major Incidents (P1/P2), ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.

• Develop and Implement: Build and maintain platform solutions that improve the reliability, security, and scalability of our Database Platform infrastructure.
• Operational Excellence: Apply cloud infrastructure, networking, and CI/CD best practices to support our operational data storage solutions.

• Manage and scale our Teleport infrastructure for secure access to servers, databases, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain automated Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows within AWS.
• Implement and improve Just-In-Time (JIT) access solutions to reduce our permanent attack surface.

• Develop and manage the reliability test plan for GaN/SiC products and calculate extrapolated lifetime for given mission profiles
• Enable early identification and characterization of failure mechanisms and link to performance and lifetime limitations through simulation and predictive analytics

• Reliability, availability and performance assurance of systems by implementing SRE best practices
• Development and maintenance of comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
• Incident response and root cause analysis management for production issues
