• Support work of client account teams and partner to ensure that customers are using the solutions effectively and achieving their goals
• Highlight specific solution resources and tools available to account teams to help their customers get the most out of what we offer

Develop communication strategies, documentation, and training concepts, while collaborating with team members to refine these concepts and implement them independently....

• Support the Marketplace Escalation Process by tracking cases and following up in collaboration with the sales teams
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the SDA Scorecard Process
• Support the monitoring and documentation of qualitative criteria defined in contracts

• Assisting and supervising technicians during their work in the laboratory and on company premises.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Documenting completed work and reporting any irregularities to the relevant departments.
