• Handling and processing of client Posted Worker and Social Security registration requests as per defined process and timeframes
• Handling KPMG local office questions related to client registrations
• Handling data validation, data entry and workflow management

• You will participate in internal trainings and learn all about VAT to provide a great client experience.
• You will analyze complex VAT data to prepare indirect tax reports for our multinational clients based on country-specific guidance.

• Provide direct support to the Production Manager and production departments
• Frequently analyze production data management system correctness
• Prepare and visualize daily and monthly production reports
• Generate special reports on demand (e.g.: for projects, visits)
• Create BANF requests for production

• Coordinate transportation and S&H daily operations taking into account capacity constraints and business priorities.
• Ensure and follow-up bp HSSE rules and policies are complied with for all S&H and transportation activities

• Support HR separation processes and coordinate related administrative activities;
• Process staff benefits, entitlements, pension and insurance-related matters;
• Review and process HR cases in line with established policies and procedures;
