Support the HR team in all administrative matters...

• Manage complex calendars to ensure effective prioritization and alignment with business needs, including scheduling, travel, correspondence, and meeting logistics.
• Coordinate and prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.

• Extract and validate data from financial reports;
• Maintain Private Equity-related data;
• Ensure consistent data quality throughout the processes;
• Identify and report data anomalies and inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders for clarification;
• Process client inquiries;

• Data Integrity & Maintenance: validate and update investor data within our internal referential systems to ensure 100% accuracy and consistency;
• Ad-Hoc Support: execute various administrative and operational requests as they arise to support the broader onboarding team;

• Provide operational support to help customers meet their Electronic Monitoring (EM) objectives, including timely and accurate equipment deliveries and technical advice.
• Support the delivery of training and knowledge sharing sessions, both upon request and by identifying areas for improvement.

• Provide general support to Stakeholders in regards to FEI horse documents, registrations and health requirements;
• Provide general support to different Stakeholders on the use of various FEI IT platforms;
