• Assisting and supervising technicians during their work in the laboratory and on company premises.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Documenting completed work and reporting any irregularities to the relevant departments.

• Provide day‑to‑day scheduling support for the Consul‑General, including arranging simple internal and external meetings and keeping diaries up to date.
• Assist with preparing and organising documents for meetings, such as collecting briefing papers and formatting presentations.

• Writing clear and precise customer documentation for hardware and software products in German and English, taking into account company standards and legal requirements;
• Analyse user needs to ensure our documentation provides the correct information for successful product installation and operation;
