• Working alongside the Regional Sales Managers / Managing Director Eastern Europe and Balkan Region with all sales related activities
• Tracking and steering sales-funnel-related initiatives for potential new construction projects

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of institutional surveys (e.g., student feedback; first-year survey; graduate outcomes, faculty, staff, and employer surveys)
• Coordinate survey timelines across the academic year, including monitoring response rates and actively following up to improve participation

• Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming employees, guests, and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
• Support new joiners by coordinating their arrival, preparing welcome packages, and completing related administrative tasks

• Manage end-to-end order administration, from order entry to delivery and invoicing
