• Helping Scrum Masters and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Help scrum and development teams in operations like JIRA boards and Confluence spaces
• Remove impediments related to operations and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur

• Handle day‑to‑day NetSuite administration (users, roles, permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage NetSuite releases: test changes in sandbox, analyze impact, and communicate updates.

• Design and develop cloud-native data processing pipelines, microservices, and APIs using Java (17+) / Spring Boot.
• Integrate with enterprise data platforms via messaging frameworks such as RabbitMQ or Zeebe.
• Deploy, monitor, and operate applications in public cloud environments (Azure preferred).

• Triaging new requirements, assessing their impact, and providing estimates for modifying data models accordingly.
• You will also be responsible for developing and enhancing business physical data models to meet evolving needs while driving alignment as necessary.
