• Csoportszintű belső és külső auditmegkeresések kezelése

• Ügyféligények felmérése, megértése, fejlesztési feladatok specifikálása / user story-k írása
• Az üzleti igények közvetítése a fejlesztő csapatok felé
• A projektekhez tartozó üzleti, folyamatábrák és specifikációs dokumentációk elkészítése
• Ügyfelekkel való kapcsolattartás

• Vezetői riportok, dashboardok és controlling riportok fejlesztése, karbantartása
• Excel-alapú modellek és automatizmusok kialakítása (haladó szinten)
• Terv–tény elemzések, eltérések vizsgálata, okok feltárása
