• Zubereitung einfacher Speisen für die Buvette
• Mithilfe bei einfachen Mise-en-place-Arbeiten (z. B. Rüsten von Gemüse)
• Unterstützung des Küchenteams bei Bedarf in hektischen Servicezeiten
• Verantwortung für die Reinigung von Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien und Küchenmaschinen

• Operative Leitung der Produktion von kalten und warmen Speisen
• Aktive Mitarbeit im Team, Gästebetreuung und Warenpräsentation
• Qualitäts- und Prozesssicherung
• Budget- und Kostenbereichsverantwortung
• Mitarbeiterförderung und -beurteilung
• Einhaltung und Durchsetzung des HACCP Konzepts

• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf in der Küche und sorgst für ein Umfeld, in dem sich unsere Gäste sowie das Team gleichermassen geschätzt fühlen
• Du Stellst sicher, dass die spetzifischen Angebotskonzepte und Präsentationsstandards im Restaurant eingehalten werden

• Check-in und Check-out mit Inkasso
• Betreuung und Beratung unserer internationalen Gäste
• Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
• Korrespondenz in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
• Diverse administrative Arbeiten

• Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Gruppen und Veranstaltungen ab Vertragsabschluss
• Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden während der gesamten Vorbereitungs- und Durchführungsphase
