• Prepare consolidated monthly and annual financial statements of the AMAC Group in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER
• Support in the preparation of budgets, business plans, and regular forecasts
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors
• Enhance reporting processes across subsidiaries

• Design and oversee compensation structures that balance internal equity with external market competitiveness.
• Lead job architecture initiatives, including job grading, titling, and career path development.

• Alignment of opening balance sheets
• Integration into monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting structures

• Prepare or coordinate external advisors with Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) in accordance with IFRS 3.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for the Finance & Controlling workstream, covering timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for the FICO workstream, ensuring full alignment with overall program objectives

• Act as the primary FP&A business partner for assigned business units and functions, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Provide forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and business cases to enable high-quality management decisions.
