• You provide strategic insights to platform team leadership.

• You conducted 1:1s with all squad members, the neighboring teams, and your sparring partners from management.
• You know the economic logic of your squad, the most important KPIs, and the current issues in detail.

• You understand our app architecture, codebase and development processes well enough to independently ship your first features or bugfixes to the live app.
• You regularly deliver code that goes live and is used by real customers.

• The CRM strategy is in place, and the toolset is decided upon and set up.
• The onboarding journey is live.
• A first CHP (customer referral) program has been designed and is being tested.
• The data structure – segments, events, triggers – is documented and usable team-wide.

• You have so thoroughly mastered our cloud stack (GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD) that you can independently handle tasks in your area.
• You have already implemented initial improvements to pipelines, infrastructure, or developer experience.

• You understand our platform architecture, existing integrations and tech stack (C#/.NET, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP/Azure) deeply enough to independently plan and ship features and integrations.
• You've shipped your first hardware provider integration or significantly improved an existing one.

• You will support our registration processes for new customers.
• You will help with the creation and dispatch of invoices to customers and stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for initial customer communication and actively get to know our market communication processes from the inside.
