• Fuvar dokumentációk szkennelése

• A napi vevőszolgáltati folyamatok aktív támogatása
• Aktív részvétel a belföldi és nemzetközi fuvarszervezési feladatokban
• Riportok készítése és adatok rendszerezése a hatékony működés támogatása érdekében

• Keep contact with contracted suppliers: request for quotations, answer their queries
• Place purchase orders in Oracle EBS system to suppliers, based on approved request
• Follow-up the delivery
• Communicate/contact suppliers via e-mail and phone

• Design a framework to evaluate maturity levels of processes and tools
• Leverage the SCOR model to align with our global SCM structure
• Analyze existing processes and tools for digital readiness
• Create a capability matrix with clear rating criteria

• Support data collection, cleaning, formatting and upload activities for planning tools (e.g. Excel, SAP IBP, Qlik)
• Assist with preparation of reports and dashboards (e.g. long-term planning KPIs, forecast accuracy summaries, charts)
