• Perform Sales Order (SO) approvals and related financial validations.
• Review and approve customer account master data.
• Monitor and follow up on open customer items on a regular basis.

• Review and verification of invoices for relevant documentation and approval before payment, formal and accounting verification of purchase invoices
• Independent and correct registration of purchase invoices in the books with the use of IT accounting systems

• Receive request from country or HOP Gatekeeper to create IPT and launch to countries or regions involved.
• Create IPT for Ports, ensuring alignment with country or regional support requirements.

• Performing the company's accounting activities.
• Record and reconcile revenues and expenses related to real estate utilization, development, and sales activities.
• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; compile financial reports and general ledger extracts.

• Invoice Issuance: Accurately and promptly issue invoices to customers based on the company's sales records.
• Payment Collection: Track customer payment status, urge customers to pay overdue amounts, and ensure timely recovery of the company's receivables.

• Implementing business processes and enhancing existing ones based on business and technical requirements
• Thinking from both the user and business perspectives
• Running and maintaining scripted processes regularly

• Process, verify, and record supplier and customer invoices in the accounting system
• Reconcile invoices with contracts, purchase orders, and delivery confirmations
• Issue customer invoices and manage related documentation

• Monitoring and resolving complex financial balance issues
• Investigating discrepancies, identifying risks, and escalating when needed
• Managing cash collection and allocation activities
• Communicating regularly with external partners regarding payments, invoices, and documentation
