• Management of rental extension requests for short-term and long-term vehicle rentals
• Investigation and resolution of overdue rental cases
• Proactive contact with drivers and corporate customers for information collection and rental extensions

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing telephone calls and managing the general company inbox.
• Welcome visitors, customers, and external partners.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

• Guarantee contractual engine availability for the closed customer pool while maximizing cost efficiency and contract profitability
• Own, size and continuously challenge the fleet (pool size, spare ratio, configuration standards) against actual and forecast demand

• Leading and coordinating a mobile repair team for fleet-wide assignments
• Planning and supervising on-board repairs in machinery, engine room and deck areas
• Managing technical projects, including conversions, refits and dry dockings

• Overall responsibility for Human Resources and Crewing incl. our seagoing personnel and the reliable manning of our fleet
• Development and implementation of a future-oriented HR and Crewing strategy aligned with fleet deployment, route network, growth and operational reliability
