• Continuous optimization of our partner models (e.g., Fulfillment by About You) and the associated processes throughout the partner journey

• Support the Country Manager in localizing content and marketing campaigns to ensure our global strategy resonates with the Estonian market
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, customer service, and marketing
