• Oversee daily department tasks, coaching, motivating, and training the team to ensure high performance.

• Implement cost reduction for Indirect expenses categories programs based on internal stakeholders requirements (locally or globally) in order to achieve Global budget for Indirect expenses at XSYS.

• Developing reference architecture and transformation plans promoting SAP best practices
• Provide architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure that every customer benefits from SAP‘s standard cloud qualities

• Support our European entities in the implementation of financial processes in MS Dynamics 365 Finance
• Ensure a high level of standardization in the Accounting processes
• Active participation in international rollout projects

• Working proactively with customers to develop their roadmap to improve consumption and maximizing the value of the customer's subscriptions
• Complete Relationship Assessments, Outcome Success Plans, initiate tracking, and maintain associated tasks for each account in the portfolio
