• A munkakörhöz kapcsolódó levelezések és adminisztrációs feladatok lebonyolítása magyar és angol nyelven. Jövedéki feladatok ellátása belföldön.
• Adminisztráció koordinálása.

• Kassenführung (alle kassenbezüglichen Aufgaben wie z.B. Devisenwechsel und Auslagen)
• Erstellen und Ausbuchen der Gästerechnungen und individuellen Debitoren
• Vorbereitung von Gruppenrechnungen und Voucherabrechnungen

• Berichterstattung an Head of CERES
• Professioneller Zimmerverkauf an Firmen, Reisebüros und Privatkund:innen
• Telefonische und schriftliche Gästebetreuung inkl. aktivem Up- & Cross-Selling sowie Gutscheinverkauf

• Stellvertretende Führung der Rezeption von bis zu 12 Mitarbeitenden
• Verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf am Front Office inklusive Conciergerie und Gästebetreuung
• Aktive Mitarbeit an der Rezeption, Führen einer Schicht
• Koordination des Beschwerdemanagements

• Informationszentrale – umfangreiche Auskunfterteilung an die Gäste (Wegbeschreibungen, Restaurantempfehlungen, Leistungen des Hotels, etc.)
• Verbuchung der Leistungen in Hotel-Software

• Stellvertretung des Front Office Manager während dessen Abwesenheit
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablauf aller anfallenden Arbeiten an der Rezeption (Check in, Check out, etc.)
• Steigerung des Kategorien- und Zusatzverkaufs
• Professionelle Bearbeitung von Beschwerden vor Ort
