• Perform monthly closing activities mostly for Hungary and for other foreign entities (checking the trial balances, reporting in SAP,, profit/cost centre allocation)
• Reporting: accounting and business
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Intercompany reconciliations

• Forecasting revenue impact for new product launches
• Reconciling actual results leveraging advanced variance analysis tools
• Establishing narratives of underlying business drivers impacting the results

• Entity level (FF manufacturing, MED sales office)
• Consolidated group level
• Build bridges and variance analyses (plan vs actual, YoY, forecast vs actual)
• Deep-dive into cost structures, margins, working capital and cash drivers

• Support the FP&A team in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, including variance analysis and accrual checks
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders

• Manage vendor accounts and ensure accurate financial records
• Process and post incoming and outgoing invoices
• Prepare payment proposals and track payment deadlines
• Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers
• Support issue resolution and contribute to process improvements

• Development of firmware for MicroTCA-based motion controller system
• Contributing to system architecture and specifications of firmware modules for scientific data acquisition systems and photon science experiments
• FPGA firmware design using VHDL (for AMD/Xilinx FPGAs)

• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development capabilities.
• Participate in infrastructure automation projects and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.
