• Design and implement advanced algorithms across AI, Data, Simulation, Processes, and Quantum Computing
• Lead the technical vision of interdisciplinary R&D projects
• Integrate emerging technologies and mentor young researchers
• Represent TWT at international conferences and forums

• Translate R&D business and user requirements into effective system, process, and automation solutions
• Design, implement, test, and continuously improve automated workflows, AI-augmented data flows and AI Agents
• Ensure stable data flows, high data quality, and reliable system operations

• Design and develop internal tools for R&D users
• Build user-friendly interfaces (web and desktop) for searching, entering, reviewing, visualizing, and managing complex technical data

• Define and evolve data models for R&D entities
• Design and implement robust data pipelines and automated data quality checks
• Improve traceability and metadata management so data can be understood, trusted, and reused across teams

Participate and engage with associations relevant to our industry, such as EGMF (European Garden Machinery Industry Federation), ZVEI (Zentralverband Elektroindustrie), and ORGALIM (Europe's Technology Industries)...

• Specify, design, develop, integrate, deploy, educate and implement Utimaco solutions within the customer environment based on Cryptography and Security into HSM Firmware
