• Leading the Agile Transformation process: building, increasing and sustain maturity of high-performing self-organized Agile teams
• Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones

• Accounts receivable management
• Contacting clients regarding overdue payments and resolving payment discrepancies
• Preparing regular reports on collection status and outstanding receivables
• Supporting billing processes, including issuing and sending invoices to clients

• Updating recurrent KPI reports of the company's CEE's linear brands
• Working with big data and taking part in creating summaries for decision makers

• Perform end-to-end general ledger accounting tasks
• Post journal entries related to fixed assets
• Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Process bank statements and perform account reconciliations
