Process the transactions required for the entire lifecycle of the TESCO colleagues : Set up and maintain of colleagues' data, setting up of New Joiners on Payroll System , Generating contracts for New Joiners, Transfers and Leavers....

• Process payroll and bonus inputs based on company policies and procedures
• Process Sickness, Child Care Benefits and other entitlements based on Country specific legislation
• Process Ad-hoc payments by making necessary adjustments

• Act as a key contact point for clients and internal teams
• Handle incoming requests related to property maintenance and operations
• Keep important records and systems accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with different stakeholders (e.g. property managers, tenants, service providers)

Reporting to the People Admin and Payroll Manager, who handles all administrative and people management, this role focuses exclusively on professional excellence and technical guidance....

• Processing of all transactions and understands Business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco Invoice Matching processes
• Manage Invoice Matching exceptions, calling out to the process immediately and reporting it

Translate the HR business plans into operational plans and lead the HR planning process in Europe region...

• Serve as the point of contact for our teams in Germany, Europe and Canada
• Own and manage all day-to-day HR-related activities and processes, and act as the HR business partner across the organisation
• Further develop and professionalize HR policies, structures and workflows
