Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering global and business-critical Workload Automation services (EMEA, APAC, AMER) in alignment with business demands and within agreed SLAs
- Ensure SLA 1 Class Support for the Workload Automation Service
- Maintain and enhance the operational model of our Workload Automation Tool
- Lead migration assignments within the Workload Automation domain
- Update documentation regularly, ensuring that connections and processes are in place between all services while decreasing overlaps between services provided by various teams in the Workload Automation domain
- Identify potential risks to service delivery and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions
- Keep in close touch with external entities involved in the Workload Automation domain
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in the field Computer Scienceor equivalent experience in the IT industry
- Profound experience with Workload Automation Tools
- Extensive understanding of service delivery according to ITIL standards
- Experience in coordinating and communicating complex tasks
- Ability to make decisions within role responsibilities
- Proactive work approach and ability to collaborate in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
