Responsibilities

We are Metro Markets GmbH, the new B2B marketplace that has successfully launched our online shop. We strive to offer our commercial customers an extensive product range and the usual METRO services also in digital form.

We have an exciting career opportunity as a Working Student (m/f/d) - Seller Performance that sits within our commercial department. In this role you will have the opportunity to actively support the sellers on our marketplace by phone and e-mail and taking on the vital role in all Performance related topcis, such as order management, following up on reply time, and process improvements. You will also have the chance to be involved in cross-functional projects and working closely with and reporting directly to our Seller Performance Team Lead.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university course – ideally in a commerce or business-related field
Ability to work about 15-20 hours a week to help shape the future of e-commerce
Team oriented and can-do positive attitude
Communication Skills and Microsoft Office Skills necessary
Fluent in German and English (essential)
Good communication skills in Spanish or French , Portuguese or Dutch would be highly advantageous.
Ideally first experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant sector
