Responsibilities

Together with Lean Operations, you will have the opportunity to actively shape a key project in value stream optimization – from current-state analysis to a simulated future-state design.You will support the systematic recording, analysis, and improvement of production value streams at our Tiengen site. The focus is on a complete transformation cycle, from Lean-based current-state assessment to simulated and piloted future-state design.

Development of a value stream-oriented current state (Lean)
Creation of digital models & simulations
Design of an optimized future-state value stream & pilot line

Requirements

Studies in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field
Interest in Lean Management, material flow, digitalization, and process optimization
Initial experience with value stream analysis, simulation, or data analysis is an advantage
Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Python, or simulation software is desirable
Analytical mindset, structured working style, and enthusiasm for practical work in a production environment
