Responsibilities

Supporting our product owners to drive the development of their products
Writing meeting minutes and ensuring effective communication between team members
Creating and updating training materials for new products in collaboration with our Global Training Management Team in India
Keeping training materials related to our products up-to-date and ensuring they are easily accessible to our stakeholders
Coordinating marketing activities related to our products with our Digital Marketing team in Hamburg
Preparing and coordinating internal communication activities around our products
Supporting the creation of presentations and other communication materials
Assisting in the preparation and execution of workshops
Preparing reports on products' turnover, performance, and other key objectives
Developing questionnaires and surveys to gather feedback from stakeholders and increase the value of our Products

Requirements

Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree in with a focus on logistics, communications, business administration, supply chain, technology, engineering, or another degree with ties to general B2B communications or digitalization
You like to work analytically and are interested in linking data to operational processes
In addition to your very good Excel and PowerPoint skills, you are interested in further developing your skills in using BI & Agile Project Management tools
Very good writing and speaking skills in German and English, with the ability to create clear and concise meeting minutes, training materials, and reports
You just don't set goals, you pursue them and have successfully completed them in the past
Experience in marketing coordination or Sharepoint is a plus
