Responsibilities

Support the project management office (PMO) in driving the development of our digital Revenue Management solutions, including planning and execution of the project timeline
Provide ad-hoc support to the PMO and other team members, including meeting minutes and other documentation
Contribute to the success of our large-scale transformation project through various ad-hoc activities
Assist in creating and updating training plans and materials to ensure successful product adoption
Take ownership of your tasks and work independently, with the ability to reach out to others when needed

Requirements

Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a focus on logistics, business administration, technology, or engineering
Strong analytical skills and interest in linking data to operational processes
Open-minded and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges
Excellent writing and speaking skills in English, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus, but not required
Ability to commit to working 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks
