Why now?

The energy market is experiencing the biggest upheaval in 50 years. We no longer manage electricity, we make it intelligent. RABOT is growing at triple digits, and our team is growing with the growth. Now is the perfect time to get involved: You don't learn in a finished company, but where processes are currently being created. Here you can move more and learn more than in any textbook.

Your mission

In the Small Asset Business Unit, we make home storage systems and smart devices accessible to customers in apartment buildings and large cities. For this to scale, a lot of things have to run smoothly in the background: registrations with market partners, billing, market communication, direct customer contact. Today, a lot of things are still manual – that's where you come in.

You will support our operations team in day-to-day business and at the same time help to set up the processes that will drive growth tomorrow. No filing, no practice tasks – you will work directly on the processes that determine the scalability of our new business.

Your results

We don't throw you in at the deep end, but we expect you to learn to swim. After 12 months, your success looks like this:

Month 1 (Ramp-up)

You will support our registration processes for new customers.
You will help with the creation and dispatch of invoices to customers and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for initial customer communication and actively get to know our market communication processes from the inside.

Month 3 (Performance)

You set up processes independently.
You will identify optimization potential in existing processes yourself.
You will help drive the automation of recurring tasks.

Structurer - You think in terms of processes and recognize where a process is stuck before others notice it. If something is unclear, you build the structure instead of waiting for it.
Hands-on - Unclear situations are your field of work, not your obstacle. You ask a quick question instead of a long puzzle, and deliver.
Knowledge sharer - You communicate just as clearly with end customers as you do with colleagues from product and sales. What you know, you share.
Doer - You work quickly without sacrificing quality. For you, ownership means: you take over the ball, even if the way is not yet signposted.
