Responsibilities

Provide crucial support to the Reefer Product Excellence in Hamburg, assisting in various tasks to ensure smooth business handling of our clients businesses
Support customers of Hapag-Lloyd LIVE
Collaborate closely with team members
Gather and analyze data to provide valuable insights and support decision making
Serve as dedicated point of contact for selected customers, maintaining strong relationships by providing assistance as needed
Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions aimed at developing innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and enhance our reefer strategy
Assist in conducting small studies or analyses to support digital product development within our global strategy

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher qualification in logistics or a related field
Motivated, customer-focused, and a reliable team player
Analytical skills, with an organized and efficient working style, specifically proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with diverse teams
Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
