Responsibilities

You will support our Controlling team with the reporting to our Board for both monthly/ quarterly result and planning/ budgeting
Your primary focus will be the management of data input files, the preparation of the PowerPoint-based material and support during the finalization
Together with our team, you will be joining in data analysis & processing in day-to-day business and support us in upcoming projects (e.g. introduction of a new controlling concept in the liner shipping segment, changes to the reporting structures in the Terminal & Infrastructure segment)

Requirements

Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Structured, analytical and reliable way of working
Very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
A certain temporal flexibility due to the strict deadlines of our reporting
You are currently completing a full-time course of study with a focus on controlling, economics, logistics, supply chain or another course of study with comparable qualifications
