Responsibilities

- Working in a team by collaborating with other developers and external companies in European research projects for future data communication technologies in the field of future Avionic data links
- Contributing to the design of protocol software implementation according existing specifications
- Implementation of protocol software for embedded Avionic radio systems demonstrators
- Assisting with the testing of implemented functions on host/with radio hardware and evaluation of relevant results (up to flight tests)
- Documentation of concepts and work results

Requirements

- Academic studies in Informatics, Software Engineering or comparable field of studies
- Experience with protocol software development in C/C++ and testing methods for embedded systems
- First work experience with software projects
- Enjoys working as part of a team and autonomously
- Good command of written and spoken English
