Responsibilities
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Video Intern to support innovation across Adobe's professional video editing tools. You'll help build a curated collection of professionally edited video examples across a wide range of formats and styles. These projects will serve as high-quality creative references for our teams, and your editorial judgment will ensure the work reflects authentic storytelling and real-world editing practices.
In this role, you'll edit diverse projects with multiple creative variations to help our teams understand different approaches to pacing, structure, and narrative style. Your work will directly contribute to developing new creative capabilities at Adobe, making you a meaningful part of building technology that will help millions of video creators.
This role will include:
- 70% hands-on video editing across diverse content types and creative briefs
- 20% technical documentation and structured data organization
- 10% collaboration with Product Management on quality standards and editorial approach
What You'll Do
- Edit videos across a variety of formats and styles to create polished, professional examples of high‑quality storytelling.
- Produce multiple creative variations of projects to represent different editorial intents and distribution needs.
- Capture new raw footage when needed to expand our library of creative materials and support diverse testing scenarios.
- Contribute to a library of organized, well‑structured video projects used by teams for qualitative review and creative exploration.
- Document your creative choices and maintain clear, consistent project organization.
- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure outputs meet quality expectations and align with overall creative direction.
- Support additional video‑related tasks as the program evolves.

Requirements
Required
- Currently enrolled in a film program or a recent graduate, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong editing fundamentals, including pacing, storytelling, narrative structure, shot selection, and audio balancing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and professional editing workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain creative decisions.
Preferred
- Experience editing long-form or large-scale projects such as documentaries, multi-hour interviews, or podcasts.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, or emerging creative technologies.
- Familiarity with prompt writing or AI creative tools.
- Experience with structured data formats such as JSON.
