Develop communication strategies, documentation, and training concepts, while collaborating with team members to refine these concepts and implement them independently.
Take responsibility for your own documentation project and drive its development forward by working closely with users and stakeholders, researching and verifying information and functions to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) for reporting, billing, and delivery of educational courses and training programs on web-related topics.
Translate technical and conceptual constraints into clear guidelines for stakeholders.
Contribute to the design and documentation of learning experiences and training materials.
Support internal community management and communication to encourage collaboration and engagement.
Apply the skills and knowledge gained during your studies to real-world projects.

Requirements

Must have

You are a registered student in the field of technical documentation, international communication, translation and terminology studies, or a comparable degree program
You possess proficiency in technology, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
You are a collaborative team player who is also independent, open-minded, proactive, and agile in your thinking.
You exhibit a structured work approach and effectively organize your tasks.
You will be enrolled for a minimum of one year and able to work 20 hours per week
You are fluent in English

Nice to have

You acquired first work experience in web content management and possess some familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
You understand how different disciplines—concept, design, development—work together to create a web presence
You have conversational skills in German or are eager to improve your proficiency in German language.
